9th Annual
Mother Lode VW Show & Swap Meet
Utica Park, Angels Camp, California
The Mother Lode
Volkswagen Club, in conjunction with Tru-Dubs Volkswagen Club
would love to again invite everyone to the beautiful Mother Lode.
Utica Park is lined with large, shady trees and has a terrific
playground for the kids. Bring the whole family!
There is no
pre-registration for car show or swap meet participants. First
come, first served. Show cars will be parked on the grass in the
park. Swap meet booths will be located in the parking lot, so you
are encouraged to bring something to shade you from the sun.
GATES OPEN AT 7:00 A.M.

VW Car Show (entries close at 10 a.m.)

Swap Meet space prices: $15.00 for 2 spaces, $10.00 for each
additional space
Awards: All entries
receive a dash plaque. Trophies will be given to all
first-through-third class winners (NOTE: this is a
participant-judged car show).

DONATE A CAN OF
FOOD AND GET A FREE RAFFLE TICKET! Anyone who donates a
canned food or non-perishable food item will receive a free raffle
ticket (one ticket per person). All food collected will be donated
to a local shelter.
The MLVW Club
donates annually to many charities including Santa's Express, the
American Cancer Society, the American Red Cross, Visiting Nurses'
Association/Hospice, C.A.S.T., and the City of Angels Park and Recreation.

We would prefer the swap meet consist of VW-related items. You do
not have to pre-register to be in the swap meet, but space may
become limited. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Camp?
We are on Highway 49, south of Sacramento, and one hour east of
Stockton (off of Highway 4). We are located in Calaveras County,
between San Andreas and Sonora.

you are interested in camping instead, New Melones Lake is about
15 minutes from Utica Park (south on Highway 49). They have

Gates open at 2 pm Friday
3 days of camping, car show and swap, vendors, raffles and live
music.
Costs:
Entire weekend full of fun: $40 per car load
Single day use: $20 per car load
This includes if you would like to swap, enter the car show, enjoy
the live music, or just hang out and camp. You may pitch a tent or
two, or camp in your bus or trailer. So load up those Volkswagens,
and bring the family.
Friendly dogs with responsible owners are welcome.
This is a family friendly event, so be responsible and courteous
of others please. Remember to pack out, what you pack in. All
